RETURN POLICY

We believe in selecting and supporting the best brands in the market. To ensure our guests have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, go through our easy self-service return process.

All returns must meet both our guidelines and our supplier’s guidelines, please review our return policy carefully.

30 Day Return Policy

 

For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges and subject to the restrictions of our suppliers on non-stock, dropshipped, custom-made or special order items (see below).

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing any of these items cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Items that qualified for free or discounted shipping that are being returned will have our full shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

No returns over 30 days will be accepted.

Non Returnable and Limited Return Items

 

Some large items, such as machinery, welding tables and other oversized items shipped by freight may have highly restrictive return policies. Occasionally, large items sealed in the original manufacturer packaging, never opened, may be returned. All of these items will be subject to the restrictions of the original manufacturer. We recommend to apply insurance on the return shipment as damage done in transit is the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or special order items may not be returned. In the unlikely event a custom item is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your shipment is delivered please inspect it for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your item may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your item. If the item is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

Refund Policy

 

Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. However, in many cases you will receive your refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, the time it takes the manufacturer to evaluate your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund and/or charge a restocking to cover manufacturer's return policies for any product at any time.
